Illuminating the parts of self we often avoid.

Shadow work is the practice of acknowledging, understanding, and integrating the suppressed aspects of ourselves—such as fear, shame, anger, or insecurity. Popularized by Carl Jung, the "shadow" represents what we repress or deny.

Rather than trying to eliminate these parts, shadow work invites compassion and curiosity. It allows for deep healing and authenticity by embracing the full spectrum of who we are. It can be intense but profoundly freeing.
