Chakras are spinning wheels of energy aligned along the spine, from the base to the crown of the head. They originate from ancient Indian spiritual traditions and are seen as gateways through which life force energy (prana) flows.

There are seven primary chakras:

  • Root (Muladhara): Grounding, survival, security
  • Sacral (Svadhisthana): Creativity, sexuality, emotions
  • Solar Plexus (Manipura): Personal power, confidence, will
  • Heart (Anahata): Love, compassion, forgiveness
  • Throat (Vishuddha): Communication, truth, expression
  • Third Eye (Ajna): Intuition, perception, inner vision
  • Crown (Sahasrara): Spiritual connection, divine wisdom

Practices such as meditation, sound healing, yoga, crystals, affirmations, and Reiki are commonly used to cleanse and align the chakras. Working with these centers invites harmony between body and spirit.
