Buddha (Siddhartha Gautama)
The awakened one who illuminated the path to liberation through mindfulness and compassion.

A serene representation of the enlightened teacher.
Siddhartha Gautama, known as the Buddha, was a spiritual teacher who lived in ancient India around the 5th to 6th century BCE. He renounced a life of privilege in search of truth and discovered a path to inner freedom through direct experience, insight, and meditation.
The core of Buddha's teaching, known as the Dharma, centers around the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path. He taught that suffering arises from attachment and ignorance—and that liberation (nirvana) can be realized through ethical living, mental discipline, and wisdom.
In metaphysical and spiritual circles, the Buddha is revered as an Ascended Master—an enlightened soul who reached a state beyond ego, illusion, and fear, and who continues to guide others toward awakening.
Meditating with the energy of Buddha can bring peace, detachment from worldly chaos, and a gentle return to the present moment. His presence encourages clarity, simplicity, and the courage to walk the middle path.
